5. Preservation and Development of Property The committee may do the following for the purpose of preservation and development of the property of the Trust:- (a) Organizing conferences, seminars, lectures or exhibitions or tours related to the Trust and Making related documents and distributing sales,
(b) To seek the assistance of governmental and non-governmental bodies for the protection and development of the trust's assets,
(c) To liaise with national or international associations, organizations or individuals as necessary in connection with the protection of trust assets,
(d) Lease out the property of the Trust under contract with national or international associations, organizations, bodies or individuals, and
(e) To do or cause other necessary work to protect and promote the assets of the trust.
